What cooking oil reverses diabetes?

Long back experts in medical field as well as nutrition were of the opinion that fat is very bad for   health.  During 1970s to 1990s there was a mad rush for low cholesterol, low fat diet as a result of the above mentioned belief.  But unfortunately many of those people who opted for such diet in those decades have become fatter than the ordinary people who never ran after special diets.
